Shipping
- Free shipping to the US, UK & EU, on every order.
- Ships in 2–3 business days. US 5–9 days, EU/UK 7–12 days.
- The Nest ships compressed in one box, about 24 × 16 × 12 in (60 × 40 × 30 cm). It fluffs up within a few hours.
- You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves our warehouse.
- Orders to the UK and EU are delivered duties paid, with no surprise fees at the door.
Returns
- You have 30 days from delivery to return your Nest, even if you’ve slept in it.
- Email hello@babycat.example with your order number and we’ll send a prepaid label.
- Pack it back in any box. It doesn’t need to be compressed again.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving.
Warranty
1-year frame warranty. If a pole bends or a seam gives under normal use, we’ll send a replacement part or a new Nest.
